Please read our enrollment terms & policies carefully before registering for any of our batches.

1. Admission Eligibility

Candidates must have passed HSC/equivalent examination for admission to any career track.
For English communication courses, basic diagnostic proficiency will be assessed.
Candidates must be 18 years or older (except for designated Kids Spoken English batches).
Applicants must complete payment verification to officially lock in their batch seat.

2. Course Fees & Payment

Course fees are strictly determined as published on our official program pages.
Payments can be settled through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or in-person at campus.
Official batch enrollment & student ID credentials are issued upon confirmed transaction.
Course fees are generally non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by the institute.

3. Attendance & Classroom Policies

Class schedules may occasionally adjust; learners are notified at least 24 hours in advance.
A minimum of 80% physical or live attendance is mandatory for graduation eligibility.
Mutual respect, inclusive collaboration, & decorum are expected in every classroom.

4. Certificates & Digital Verification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of curriculum deliverables & assessments.
Every certificate contains a unique serial verifiable instantly on our public registry.
Duplicate certificate reissue is subject to verification & standard administrative fees.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal learner records are encrypted & never sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Student testimonials & projects are showcased publicly only with explicit consent.
